Most herbs come from plants - hence herb. So you can buy the dried herb and pulverize it in say, like a coffee grinder, and viola you have dried herb powder. Then you can put that powder in a purchased capsule and you have your easy made non-tincture form of the herb.

Though, I will say that, while there's a good chance you could find someone supplying the Houttuynia in capsules, the other two you're gonna have to make yourself, unless you hit the jackpot and find a source.

I was looking into getting the whole versions of them myself, due to negative reactions with the alcohol.

$60 a lb at Monteagle Herbs. I looked high and low for their supplier for days - they gotta be the middlemen.

No luck, unless you wanna mess with a wholesale site called Alibaba, Chinese suppliers.

The Japanese Knotweed and Cat's Claw? I don't know, Traveler had me on those Green Dragon Botanicals capsules, way back when.
