I've ignored calcium. Per my inner cell testing of many nutrients (Spectro Cell), calcium is the only one I'm low in.
This surprises me, since it was not low in regular labs done with physicals in my past history. I wonder what regular labs will report my calcium at.
I have taken 400mg of Magnessium Glycinate the last 8 years, it might be off setting my cal levels. I quit drinking milk 8 years ago too.
**So, are all calcium supplements the same (unlike magnesium supplements)?**
**How long does calcium stay in you after supplementing? (for before and after testing purposes)?**
If the cheap stuff works just as good, thats what I'll use.
