you could try taking some ashwagandha, it helps regulate the thyroid and adrenals. You sound more towards hypothyroid (because of the fatigue) and ashwaganda does stimulate the thyroid a bit, and helps adrenals. it helped me a lot in the beginning of my treatment, when i was very tired all the time.
CoQ10 is also good for energy and it does not hurt to supplement when u feel tired.
Do you take any vitamins ? Especially B vitamins help getting energy
