Is there any test for candida? If there is what kind are there and how do you go about
getting one and which are the best? lol

Hi ghost 93!-
If you click on the "Search " bar at the top of the page. Then through the search, type: Lyme vs Candida update part #2 Chapelle.
Chapelle will describe how she got tested for overgrowth of Candida.

Hi,
I went to Urgent care last July (before Lyme Diagnosis) and they just ran a blood test and it showed up positive for candida. LabCorp was the lab....

labcorp and quests have several versions of antibody tests for candida, insurance covered (its a normal test
). past, recent, and current exposure.
If your Dr doesnt know - say to look in the "book" ,.....its there.

wow, i wonder how accurate the blood test is!!
ghost - i got a PN test (a skin allergy test for candida)
i am scheduled to get a stool test in May

I actually was looking at youre update #2 earlier lol.N i may do the blood test but if theres a stool test i may do that.Because im having mucus in my stool now changing colors at that.
Id like to know a little more on the stool test and how you go about
getting one done.
