I agree with CD in that we must find what our bodies tolerate best, and go with that. Although I do have some agave in my cabinet, I stick with stevia for the most part, and honey occasionally. Some have said that although agave doesn’t contain a lot of glucose, it contains more fructose than any other common sweetener - and I react to fructose in an unpleasant way, so I avoid fructose mostly.
