heal leaky gut first or lyme?

Hi - You can totally tackle both at the same time! Healing both at the same time is difficult, but will be really complementary. Do you have any experience with either, or are you freshly diagnosed?

I know you were asking about biofilm busters on another thread, lymehater, and that's why I would urge caution in that respect if you are dealing with leaky gut too. Braking down the good biofilms in the gut can lead to more problems in the gut, 'especially in gut permeability' (Buhner).

Make sure your lyme treatment isn't making the gut problems worse, or you may be going round in circles!
