The lymphatic system has multiple interrelated functions: It is responsible for the removal of interstitial fluid from tissues. It absorbs and transports fatty acids and fats as chyle from the digestive system. It transports white blood cells to and from the lymph nodes into the bones.
One thing our lymph system does not have is a pump. You have to be your own pump to get things moving.
I think it is Girlie that likes the rebounder. I could be wrong. That is a little mini tramp that you jump on.
I like walking and swinging my arms. That works.
I also watched this video. But warning!! Be gentle and don't do a lot right off the bat. It definitely will get your lymph moving and if you move too much to fast, you kind of overload yourself.
