Thank you petza I know diet is very important I really try and eat right but I know it could be a lot better in that area.If I could afford it all my meats would be grass fed hormone free but mine is tight I do get a green drink called synergy from the synergy Co and add in chlorophyll 2 tablsp a day also add yogurt,unsweeented cocoa powder a handle of organic mixed greens, vanilla extract. I try an buy organic veggies bulk from Sam's club and try not to eat gluten but I do cheat here and there and I switched to stevia.I also try and go to yoga 3 times per week and I agree when I thought I was going to just lose it I really had to dig deep and learn to create and teach my mind to relax even though it was tough before I was diagnosed......
