It seems most have a problem with this being high. I am flagged Low at 28. Can't find a lot on this and if it's related to LD or treatment. I was at 34 in April 2015 before treatment but was pretty sick at that time. Anyone else with low levels?

Having lyme I hate tests!!! I had so many tests in the beginning that were so screwy. One month this, the next month that. I have taken a break from tests.

I currently have 2 forms for tests that 2 doctors want me to take and they have been sitting there for a month. One doctor called and I said I was going to be too busy all of February to get his chest xray. I know he is going to have his nurse call me and tell me it is March.

My rant of the day!

And k07 this will bump up your post and hopefully someone that isn't having a rant day about tests will reply.

From what I read, it looks to me like you need to evaluate Vit D-3 and hormone levels.

Do you have dry skin issues or problems with your teeth?

D-3 was really low but finally up to 70. Teeth are ok, but yes to dry skin. Which makes no sense because I drink a ton of water. My doctor also tested my prognenolone and it was lowish at 40. I am supplementing a low dose. Also started thyroid meds a few months ago. Does it mention what hormones to check?

It's difficult to get answers from the studies, you just have to piece this and that together and guess what is going on. The studies are just too specific.

My impression is that you may have low phosphate levels. This can show up as low bone density if it happens over a period of time. Are you eating an overly acidic diet? That could lower phosphate levels.
