So I haven't been on here in a month or two, and I wish I could say it was because I was better.
I had a recent episode of tachycardia two weeks ago which ended up with me in the ER. All the tests the hospital did came back fine, but I still having chest pain/discomfort/tightness. I'm see a cardiologist next week.
I've been seein Dr. S in south jersey and he has me on Acticlate and clindamycin, and it's probably to early to tell, but recently I've been questioning the abx route this is all very confusing. I might start seeing an homeopathic naturopath in CT next week. My issue is that the panic attacks I was occasionally having while driving are happening almost every time now, which makes these 2.5-3 drives scary and unsafe for me and other drivers. I'm not sure why they are becoming so frequent.
The reason I back today is because I was trying to find info on circulation. My left leg seems to get numb, red and some times purple. And some times it's both feet/ankles/legs. I'm assuming it's just Lyme again rearing its ugly head. It's amazing how you can't get used to each of these symptoms, no matter how long you've had them, or how many times you tell yourself it's Lyme.
My last point of my rambling is that someone suggested I read Medical Medium. While there were some really good tips on healthy living, I was more confused by this whole situation I find myself in when I put it down.
Oh, and I was told by Dr. S that I have Babesia. This is after I had to go back in after my appointment to ask for blood work. And then had to call his office from the parking lot because I was to embarrassed to go back in to ask which cos. I was being treated for. Good old Lyme brain.
Thanks for reading my ramblings. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Also, red root is supposed to help with circulation. I started it about
2 1/2 months ago (along with other herbs/abx) and I have seen some improvement. It's so slow and gradual.

Thanks for the advice. I have a red root Tinc somewhere in the land of my herbs and supplements past. I'll have to dig it out.

I did red root for my lymph nodes.
For my circulation and heart protection I did Hawthorn. I also then added Motherwort.
Good to see you again Bat03!!

I've been using hawthorn berries. The chest is just scaring me. All my EKGs had been normal until the last one which was abnormal due to tachycardia. 😳 And I have mother root tucked away somewhere too

I do a Hawthorn Blend - berries, leaf and flower.
Excellent for cardio & circulatory.
I had horrible blood pressure and super high pulse. The Hawthorn and Motherwort (which is recommended by Buhner) and CoQ10 plus a healthy diet were my helpers.

My bp has been ok but my pulse is always high. Not like crazy high but anywhere from 80-120 resting.
I'll have to give the various types of hawthorn berry a try. I use CoQ10.

Bat03 sounds like i have the same chest thing you do but I believe mine is being caused by Bartonella. I basically feel like i have tightness and an ache in my chest wall and my heart races at various times during the day and must worse at night where i can't sleep on my side cause it hurts too much. Can't seem to do anything to calm this down. I"m currently on Rifampin and Doxy.
