Just started mhbot 3 days ago.

Right from the start,the next day I feel panicky....stressed....anxious?

Almost like a new symptom? Can this be causing a Herx type reaction...but in a different way?

Even My breathing seems different?

Any advice would be helpfull.....and I will keep everyone updated on progress,if any.

Day 1 15 min @ 4.2 psi

Day 2 1 hour @ 4.2 psi......got really weird after that one....OUCH

Day 3 backed up to 30 min.....don't feel as bad.....so far.

Petza! I wonder if this "enhances abx"?? also.....so between going to fast (you mention) and meds maybe destroying more......maybe?

Today is a little better.......30 should suffice.

2nd time I used for a full hour.....paid the price,totally different type of herx.

Learned my lesson.....30 min per day for week.....then stepping up 5 min per week until I meet full 60 min.

will definitely update,every couple weeks......very slow process,if it even works.

I rented w option to purchase......10k.

This is very new to me...plus I am claustrophobic...getting in this thing is a pulse checker,lol.

Mild Hyperbaric 4.2 psi is easier on My body,starting here,very much an experiment.

Hard chambers at a clinic run 125-150 per session x 40.....some say you may be better off over time,with a slower approach??? about to find out....4th day today

There is a HBOT clinic where I live (Silicon Valley). It has an excellent reputation. I want to wage a full out attack but I also have to consider the financial consequences. Will this and ozone in the long run get me back mentally to where I want to be that much faster?

Bart is definitely my biggest issue.
