I can't face that bad of a herx right now. Taking a break and getting myself ready to resume it is what I feel I have to do. That was really rough and so different than my usual lyme and candida herxes, which remind me of each other, frankly. Totally different.

Yes that is a good explanation. Resistance means you are not responding to therapy and still sick with symptoms. In the most extreme rare cases therapy is not killing bugs at all. In that case I personally would just try another angle to go after infections and kill as there is a lot of treatment methods out there.

I have been asymptomatic for babesia a year now after arteminisin treatment and my LLMD considers it in remission. I still show a tiny bit in my blood slide every once in a while. Not all the time. My blood babesia antibodies went from high to basically 0. I started taking a small bit of silver because my LLMD wanted to see if I could knock it out completely but being asymptomic or cured are the same to me after I was so sick with it. Just an opinion.

Babesia parasites are bigger than Lyme spirochetes. And, Babesia inhabit our red blood cells. Therefore, when a Babesia parasite dies, you're dealing with bigger dead bug parts along with debris from the red blood cell that explodes when the bug dies.

Red blood cell death creates what's called "rouleaux" (sludge lol). Red Root is great for clearing RBC rouleaux.

And, increased detoxing will help tame those bigger herxes but it does take awhile..

Just as Jackie Moon stated, there are more strains than tests available. Your clinical presentation confirms the presence of these bugs and I'm glad you're being treated.
