I have seen the author post nearly the same article in several dubious "infotainment" websites. He is an advocate against "pseudoscience" which apparently is everything under the sun that hasn't yet been proved by a scientific study. Good intentions but woefully ignorant and dangerous for him to have such a prominent platform.
I agree w/ PeteZa, there have been several great comments provided by lymees. Unfortunately--or maybe fortunately--over 25,000 people have read the article. If anyone has some free time, it would be great if you would contact Forbes and ask that the article be retracted. Commenting is good but contacting the publication with complaints is probably more effective.
