Just an update and some hope to new members feeling hopeless.....

Hi everyone hope all is well just wanted to give an update I finally woke up the last 3 days with no intense anxiety!!!!! Something I have been dealing with since I have gotten sick in 2011 diagnosed 2014 started treatment with llmd in 2014 of may last year so it has been one year feeling way better but not out of the woods I no longer want to not live and feel.stronger every day mentally and physically.So I would like to share my treatment with everyone and what has worked for me everyone is different.May 2015 started bactrim twice per day, tried to add various antibiotics but side effects we're to bad so my llmd added clindamycine 4 pills per day and then he added in diflucan once per day so I have been on these 3 the whole time I also just recentley added in first Japanese knotweed 1/4 teaspoon 3 times per day,side acuta 1/4 3 times per day and houttynia 1/4 3 times per day also I am taking interphase plus from klair labs one a day. So not sure if the antibiotics are what is getting me better and the fact time has past one year or in combination w the herbs.......I also take energenix lymph tone 2 30 drops twice per day,synergy Co natural tumeric,liposomal b 12 spray once p we r day,readiabsorb gluthione one teaspoon per day also infrared sauna every other day 30 minutes,yoga once or twice per week,walks....I never thought the palpitations would lessen I just thought I was nuts but they do go away believe me I was bad my whole body would just shake I would not leave the house.So I just wanted to offer anyone feeling scared and alone you will get better it is the bacteria you are not crazy.... sending prayers and some hope....

Not a fun thing being our own guinea pigs to see what works but when it starts working, you really do feel so much more hopeful.

I know given up gluten is hard..... but you got to live a little.......

GREAT news catchscooter - and thanks for sharing another good story. We so desperately need to read those.

And I read a great article about fermented breads like sourdough - something in the fermentation process destroys the gluten protein structures that allows even celiacs to eat fermented breads... I'm gonna investigate! ;)

that is encouraging and just what i needed to hear after the huge setback i've had - I am holding out for the day I wake up and realize I'm not in a nightmare anymore
