I was taking 5-mthf w/out anynother B vitaminsfor oh, I think it was 6 months. It helped only temporarily, but I'm now taking a B-complex high in B-12, B-6, 5-mthf, thiamine, riboflavin & niacin.
It's AMAZING, my energy level is about 60-70%(if I'd have to compare to when I wasn't sick ten years ago)!!!!
Two other changes I've made; 1) I found out my zinc was BELOW range due to heavy metals chelation. No zinc is the like an army without ammo!!! People tend to focus on c but forget about zinc (from what I've read)! 2)My red blood magnesium was in range, but that doesn't prove the magnesium is being distributed so I take 1 teaspoonful once to twice daily of a mag. Produce called 'Calm'
SO my thought is anyone who's done heavy metals detox and also uses alot of binders, really should be putting back in what the binders removes!
