I've gotten diarrhea since switching a couple days ago. I take a good probiotic--VSL#3. What else can I do?

i take a few different probiotics...but I don't know if that would help your diarrhea.
Maybe try taking it with food...so it's not so hard on your guts?
Do you know which one is causing it ?

you could try psyllium husk - speak with your Dr first. And as Pirouette advised - fibrous foods too!
you may also want to speak to your doctor to possibly cut back one of the antibiotics until the diarrhea stops?

Bananas and rice are the most beneficial in these cases, like PeteZa has already suggested.
I hope you will get better soon.
