Low blood pressure questions

Hi all,
I was wondering a few things rewarding low blood pressure.
I consistently read 90/50 for my blood pressure. My chiropractor said anything below could result in fainting. At what point do we become concerned about blood pressure? I feel good, don't get dizzy and was not aware of my blood pressure being low. I started monitoring my blood pressure at home, and was surprised that I'm
Consistently that low.
The only thing I recall was recently dizzy after an Epsom salt bath, and had to stay laying down. Not sure if it was related to blood pressure, but have been concerned about continuing salt baths so have stopped for now. Which leads me to my next question...
Are Epsom salt baths ok with low blood pressure? Looking around the internet suggested taking caution with Epsom baths and low blood pressure.
My dr is not an LLMD, and not sure if she can help with Lyme and low blood pressure concerns. I've not started cats claw yet, due to reading it can further low blood pressure.

Totally agree w/ Girlie about reducing bath temp, length. You can also experiment with putting less epsom salt in. When your detox has improved enough that you no longer have any symptoms after the bath, slowly work your way back up to optimal amount and time. A few yrs ago (before I knew about my lyme & co) I was having fun on New Year's Eve and took a jacuzzi - passed out almost immediately, ambulance on the way... not fun.

I was a dancer and runner had consistently low BP most of my life (80s/60s) until I started lyme & co treatment--changed overnight. Now it's 110's/80s on a good day. MDs don't know why it's now higher, other than the stress of the illness and tx on the body, I guess. You might want to see a cardiologist before starting L & co treatment to establish some baseline tests just to be safe. There are a few out there who specialize in lyme--if you can find one that would be your best bet.

I cannot take a hot shower. I would get faint feeling. My husband used to laugh at how fast my shower got since diagnosed with lyme.

I also feel dizzy when I take hot shower. But I cannot stand cold water, I really like when it is warm.

And my blood pressure is so low, that when I was at cardiologist last time, she couldn't read it on the device, it was so low!! She asked me how I felt, if I was going to pass out. I told her I didn't feel like passing out. I think my body adjusted to such a low pressure. But I am afraid of possible consequences of having an extremely low blood pressure?
