trader, detox is so very important.
Why??? Because 1) the life cycle of the lyme bugs is that they do die. Dead bugs in our parts can cause you to be uncomfortable. 2) killing bugs with treatment makes even more dead bugs in our system. Those dead bugs lying around in our body makes it even more uncomfortable.
There is a huge need to get rid of dead "stuff" from our bodies. Our liver, kidneys and our all important digestive tract needs to be clean and healthy to help us heal.
So what we do is we help it stay healthy and clean. Detox! Something as simple as water with a splash of lemon is a huge help. Add a very nice dry brushing before your shower/bath and you have no.2 detox.
What got me well is that I was a detox person way before I got lyme. I was so far ahead of the game. Now my tummy did not like antibiotics but I had not had them for probably 20 years. It was a shock when my LLMD gave them to me. My body reacted very negatively.
Detox can be fun. I try and get in as many as I can in a day. But when you start detoxing, it is important to not try and clean yourself out all at once..... be gentle on yourself.
Here are some great detox methods and you will find that they are not going to be your huge expense of your treatment. But super necessary.
