All sounds good bluelyme - hope you do well!
I would guess that you're on 1g once per day right now? I'd give it a couple days - hopefully you'll tolerate it well. But you're also doing two more abx plus bvt and rife - so that's a pretty intense protocol.
For yeast/fungal management I would definitely include a probiotic or good, fermented foods is even better.
What are you doing for detox?? Detoxing is as important as the antibacterial protocol itself. To help with that AND to also help manage y/f overgrowth, incorporate a very good binder. I use pure cholestyramine, which is expensive because insurance doesn't cover it but it is SO DARN effective. I also combine it with bentonite clay - these bind with the toxins and help flush everything and also help keep me regular.
If you are prone to y/f overgrowth or you have any imbalance right now, let me know and I can suggest something specific.
But if you aren't prone and don't have an issue right now, you might be able to use natural antifungals as a preventative measure. Lots to choose from - use only two at a time and rotate them out after a few weeks - you don't want the y/f to build up resistance:
grapefruit seed extract
coconut oil
raw garlic
Bragg's apple cider vinegar
and there are various anti fungal tinctures and other products you can buy at health food stores--I'd stay away from products that have a lot of ingredients due to the resistance issue.
Stay far away from sugar and simple carbs. A little fibrous fruit every now and then is fine as long as you don't have GI issues.
Hope this helps - let us know how things are going for you.
