I had a very busy day yesterday. Walked about 5 miles doing stuff related to one of my jobs. Then came home and did some yard work. And yes, I do thank God all the time that I'm capable of doing this kind of stuff--most of my physical symptoms are relatively mild, with the brain symptoms (brain fog, anxiety, depression, short-term memory, etc.) being the most debilitating.
Anyway, I'm FINALLY lying down, getting some rest, when I get this horrible pain in my back, kind of on the sides. It was in the middle region, on both sides. The only internal organ that I know of in that area is the lungs. But there were no other symptoms--just this horrible pain. I had to put down the computer and kind of roll into a ball. After a few minutes I took a prescription-strength Naproxen and an Ativan. The pain subsided enough to go to sleep. It's gone this morning.
I've never felt pain in this area of my body before. I'm afraid it's gonna come back. What the heck WAS that?! Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before, and/or does anyone know what it might be? Lyme related or no? At this point, I'm thinking anything could be Lyme-related. Is there any infection that produces more random/bizarre syptoms?
