Muscle gets very hot to the touch?

My calf muscles will get very hot to the touch when simply walking around the house, not warm but hot. I sometimes need to put ice packs on them that's how hot they can get.

Has anyone else ever experienced muscles heating up like this?

I also have what appears to be "venous pooling" (legs turn blue when sitting) not sure if this is connected at all?

My muscles get warm... but my hip joints get HOT. I can feel it through my clothing.

Could the venous pooling could be a form of Raynaud's? Have you looked into that?

This might be a good question for ASTROMAN. (although his screen name sounds like a superhero he's a great poster here who knows his stuff about kinesiology...)
