Are there any lyme folks located near Calais or Houlton, Maine?

I have a "quick" favour to ask if you could get in touch with me, as I need an American address to ship a US compounded prescription to (I'm just over the border, 2.5-3 hours and would come and collect when it arrives). Thanks

Thanks PeteZa - I have a link to someone in mid-States who I could do the UPS thing with; I just thought if there was someone near me I could go down to collect it - which could expedite us getting it. Kind of a specialized location - so I may end up having to do the UPS.
