I am so sorry about your pup, Kct... Losing a pet is a huge loss. I lost my kitty of 22 yrs nearly 7 years ago and I swear I still see her out of the corner of my eye and I still get sad. But the stressful type of sadness will pass.
All good input here already... I'll add my perspective:
You TOTALLY overdid it with the yard work LOL. But you already know that. The HARDEST lesson for me to learn was that I had to take this illness more seriously. I needed a HUGE life adjustment during treatment and if I overdid it, I'd cause myself to take a few steps backward. So, there's some tough luv for ya. No more rototilling!
It's also common for us to tax our adrenals - this is caused by physical, physiological and psychological stress. And we lymees have all three--plus you are also mourning and stressed with work, too. There have been great conversations here and lots of good info online for adrenal support. Don't ignore this or let it get out of control---it's a very long road back if it gets too bad and you know you already have enough on your plate w/ lyme & co treatment.
It's time to allow your body to recover from these missteps and get into a good rhythm of treatment and DETOXING and rest and healing... Let us know if you have any more questions or help with your protocol.
Hang in there --
