Weird symptoms-what is it?

Ok so here is what's going on. Over the last 4-10 days, I began doing a lot of lemon water. Also I've added in Cryptolopis, houttaynia, and Japanese knotweed. Not all on the same day. I'm only doing 1 drop of the crypto, 2 drops of the hout, and 1 drop of the knot.

Today I woke up with needing to pee several times in a row, but after the first one it was only trinkles. And some of my nails and toenails are itchy.

I did Google and some people stated that the lemon gave them a yeast infection. I know it begins to change the pH balance in the body. Maybe it's too much lemon. I'm not going to do the lemon today and tomorrow and see how I feel. It's very odd and out of nowhere.

I was thinking along the lines of a herx - depending on what other means of detoxing you are using.

But maybe this is because I'm going through a herx - or my adrenals are executing their evil plan of revenge. I haven't figured it out yet.

But it sounds like your bladder could be going through Interstitial cystitis - sometimes I have pain and sometimes it's more of just a bothersome ache that comes and goes, but frequent urination always happens - to the point that it's embarrassing!
