yeast / fungal infections

reading on yeast and fungus..does anyone know how to treat this naturally without medicine...I dont' have a doc to give me any and some of that medicine is hard on the liver

Treating yeast/fungal overgrowth can be tricky but where there's a will, there's a way. After observing info shared by many lymees, it seems a critical first step before digging too deep into lyme & co treatment and that doing this in sequence (yeast/fungus first, then lyme) helps manage symptoms better and helps your body respond to treatment better.

I think so - unless your yeast/fungal overgrowth is significant, then I would tackle one thing at a time. Some people might struggle to achieve balance all through treatment due to high abx doses or their own problems metabolizing treatment or just having a body issues yeast/fungus thrives in... lots of factors.

But for most, I think if you can whack the majority of the overgrowth down and your y/f symptoms agree (meaning, they are reduced) then you can start the treatment. And, we like to suggest incorporating one lyme & co antimicrobial at a time so that it's easier to know how you are reacting to it before introducing something new. A staged approach also helps your body manage the impact of the die off of the infection the slower you go.

I heard of some using lufernefron but that sounds risky ...there is a antifungal property to propolis ..but candida has a hard shell called chitin...heard of chitin inhibitors but it is low dose vet meds remarketed?!.i may have to pause to address it in me as we speak...going for pure nystatin thanks pirouette. ..is diflucan cidal or static? Have keto but scared of adrenal thing i got white spots on arms already....
