Thought of y'all as I ventured to CT and warned everyone to not venture into the woods/grass (one dancer decided to do it anyways.) Amazed at how well I managed everything - and didn't adhere closely to all of my usual health related things. Had a wonderful residency and performance in Brooklyn. I had just worked up to being able to use my body and being at the residency was the first time full back dancing. I paced myself and I think the movement became my detox. Didn't observe the pain flare during the full moon which is progress, sleep issues, but not the huge pain. Stuff that remains, raspy voice, constant sore throat, fatigue, floaters, bursitis clearing up, cognitive stuff so much better! Back on my buhner herbs and going to go back to my notes to see what the sore throat/cough might be related to. The colloidal silver seemed to help with the floaters, then they came back. The stephania root in powder hasn't been that effective so think I'll switch to tincture. In my stretch class today when we went around to set an intention when i mentioned lyme the class met me know two other people in the class are healing from it and talked about
oxygen therapy. Sorry to be babbling. Good to be back but also wish I was still there. Can't believe I splurged and ate sugar, drank wine, ate gluten, dairy. My body is happy to be making its way back to nutrition that makes it happiest.

(((((((((((MULTIFACETEDME))))))))))) How wonderful to hear that you are continuing on with your dreams and yes, there will be some off days, but all in all you did and are doing GREAT!! This is great inspiration for all of us and appreciate you sharing it!! I , too, have loved dancing ( but not as daring as you), more like that Madonna song.....dancing alone in the bedroom kinda thing. Keep Living LIFE, M.!!
