Hi,

I've been having this hot feeling inside my body for past few weeks. I'm on Bi/Est Progesterone cream, which is Estradiol, Estriol, and Progesterone cream. Been on this for over 4 years. Never had it this bad. Started back on Beyond Balance ToxEase GL 1 month ago, but have only been getting 1 drop a day, work into the herbal product. Could I be having die-off symptoms? Could the hot feeling inside be caused by Lyme's disease. I feel hot and everyone else is cold when Air conditioner is running. Three weeks ago, I was very comfortable with temperature. In fact, I believe I was cold most of time.

If this is Lymes symptom, how do I control or help it?

First I went through menopause and did the temperature thing. Always warm! Some days so hot I took a cold shower just for some relief. That was the winter where I never wore a sweater or a coat. My long sleeved blouses were all put in the back of the closet. Menopause is just another word for a worn out thermostat.

I finally got balanced out but still never wore a coat. Hubby laughed at how our roles had reversed. It used to be me asking "can you roll the window up?" Now it was him wanting another blanket on our bed and me wanting a fan.

Then came lyme. Hot feet. I can remember getting a pan and putting water in it and ice cubes and soaking my feet. I would let the cold water run in my shower to get the floor of the shower icy cold before I got in so it would cool off my feet.

Now, it seems I am cold or hot and rarely comfortable. I have a few degree selection on my thermostat and that is it. Over or under equals hot or cold.

I have gloves and wool socks. I also have one of those icy gel packs in the freezer, a nice hand fan and always ice cubes. A regular ole girl scout that is prepared.

by the way, I take Tox Ease GL and you should move up on the dose.

Do not add Tox Ease GL into your other herbs. Do it separately and I have done it as close as 15 minutes with a clear mouth and had no problems. Tox Ease will help with detoxing and maybe this is what you need to help with these symptoms.

Lymenomore, I feel for you. It really is uncomfortable.

PeteZa, that is my story! Lol! I used to freeze my girls out at work. It was unbearable. (For them...haha) Me I was miserable. I would sweat till I was dripping.

Now I can be very hot and very cold in a 15 minute period.

Is it Lyme or is it Menopause. That is the question! I do think that Herx can make it worse.

Absolutely Denikeef. I have no idea which is guiding my thermometer.

I think being cold is lyme because I was never cold before lyme. Menopause made me a hot woman. lol

It doesn't mean you have lyme but temperature swings is a symptom of lyme.
