...and dislocated my knee. Ive been working pretty hard this week, so I expected some discomfort. But I had to take off on friday. The pain was more than I experienced before. My foot felt broke on top, and the achilles tendon. My knee(same leg) was really giving me trouble. I stayed on the couch yesterday, keeping weight off them. Today, its all but gone. The arch of my foot is a little tender, but not all the time.
Can this be a herx symptom? I havent been doing epsom baths or soaks for a little over a week. No detoxing at all actually. Just drinking more due to the heat, warding off dehydration, which is a problem for me almost every summer(doc never agreed with that statement but happens every summer, and as soon as I get extra fluids im fine).
This normal? Or did I just overdo things?
I feel your pain. This is how I have felt almost everyday for a year and a half. Feels like a severe injury but then mysteriously fades away, right?
I hope this is just a passing symptom for you. For me it just keeps moving on to new body parts, over and over. This has been the worst, but it passed quickly. I have the same as you though. Pain constantly moves around. Neck and shoulder, then leg and foot, hip and fingers...never ending cycle. But overall I am feeling better.
