Hey all,
Hope everyone is well.
I recently started seeing a new dentist. She is amazing. The first thing she said when I mentioned I was dealing with lyme was "Why don't you try X
location, there's a lot of naturopaths in the area that can treat with rife, they have been dealing with it for many years". The area she was referring to was considered a "lyme hotspot" as far back as 1980's. She was right, and I knew it, but I was more shocked that she knew it; practicing almost 2-3 hrs from the area.
Anyways, that's a story for another day. But since dealing with her it has improved my dental health drastically, the day to day pain is not nearly as intense (mind you she remotivated me to start doing proper maintenance again). She has told me to hold off on removing the old mercury fillings until my LLND says that it will need to be done, but if they need to go she can do them. I appreciate her approach.
She recommended supplement that can be found here.

I'm not sure of it, but she was using it after "a very bad infection". Looking at the product is mostly stuff we are used to. She then went into the science of "Riboceine" which turns out is just D-ribose and L-cysteine with some sort of special sugar attached to it. Regardless I only mentioned it as I'm wondering if anyone here has used it, or thinks it would be useful.
NOW to my original point, 10 minutes of your life later (sorry)
I wanted to give a shout out to Girlie on this one, she recommended the following site: /iaomt.org/
I think it was worth bringing up again given what it has done for me. I realized it wasn't because this dentist was part of this particular organization, as there was another dentist in my area I found disciplinary hearings on that did not look good upon him. (He belonged to the same organization) but it was the fact that being a member of this association showed I was going to a dentist who didn't learn the minimum. I am finding out now she has prided herself on educating herself the last 30 years. She has never stopped learning, so her knowledge base is helping me a lot more than anticipated. I think she appreciates me as a patient because she can actually apply her knowledge to me as well.
I just wanted to mention this as it has become a VERY positive point for me, and I hope it does the same for someone else!
