I take Burbur and I quite like it. Just started back to introducing JK. My body wasn't ready for it before.
Just a caution. Astragalus is not recommended in chronic Lyme.
Per Buhner it raises parts of the immune system that are overactivated in chronic lyme.
OH!! Thank you. Strike that from the list.
What about
Teasle, do you know anything about
any interactions with it?
Yes, sadly I definitely have chronic lyme. An hour or so ago, thinking over how horrible I feel today, my mind always goes to descript
ions, out of habit of trying to describe what 'it' feels like to Doctors.
Today it feels like I have sand running through all my veins. Lightbulb moment. That's the descript
ion I've used for decades. Labs would check my sed rate, and I, not knowing what that was for, imagined sed was short for sediment, and was thinking, "Ok, sediment/sand, same thing." I still don't know what it is, but it was testing me for RA, which never developed.
Fast forward to current history and the sand thing goes along with my over-all soreness and body fatigue. I wasn't sure if that wasn't my body asking for another half a pain pill. I tend to ignore it for a few hours until I can't anymore.
Anyway, the lightbulb today woke me up to the fact that this same bad feeling has been plaguing me for as long as I can remember. I've only had the pain pills a short while in comparison. The sand thing goes hand in hand with the complete body soreness, which is my body's reaction to having a fever. Always.
