Is this a 6 week flu, herx, or has my immune system finally kicked in??

Hi everyone. Quick background : I've been treating Lyme (positive ELISA and Western blot) with Abx (Jemseck protocol) since January 25th. about 5.5 months of treatment. I'm currently in round three of the Babesia protocol (mepron and cyst busters and bifofilm busters in addition to Abx.)

about six weeks ago, I started feeling flu-like. A small fever, swollen glands, sore throat, nausea, fatigue, just gross feeling. I figured it was just an unrelated virus. It went away after a few days, I felt fine for a few days, then it was back for a few days....went away for three weeks, now it's back! It keeps coming and going. Strange thing is, in my whole adult life, despite having Lyme for suspected nine years, I've never gotten a fever! I'm just not a fever girl. Until now.

What is going on? My safety lab bloodwork continues to come back normal. Could this be a Babesia herx? Is my immune system finally noticing something's up and it's finally reacting? I've experienced most of the neuro Lyme symptoms in the book, but this feels just totally different. Any input would be so warmly received!!

I also have some crazy air hunger symptoms that come every 4-6 days which are for certain a Babesia herx. Perhaps.....perhaps the Lyme is defeated!! The Babesia protocol goes 2.5 weeks on, 1.5 weeks off, and I'm just starting the third round so I think the herx could make sense.

Now that my cd57 is in low normal range, I get sick all the time and herx all the time. I caught the stomach flu and regular flu within a week of each other and was in sooo much pain with both. I was literally going crazy. So I think there might be something to the immune system going after things on its own. It was much easier though when I didn't get sick at all for like 3 years and only Herxed when I took something that would cause a herx. Things are very unpredictable now.
