Delightful discovery today - added ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon to my batch of herbs today and it really made the going down almost delightful. I added the ginger and cinnamon because they are body temperature raising, and the tumeric for inflammation. Just used stuff I use for cooking, would probably be best to seek out organic herbs.
Owning today that this may be a several year process.
Scary.
Trusting life.
What else can we do?
Giving up is never an option.. thank goodness.

I know, right?? I just added turmeric and I could have written this post myself! Maybe I'll try ginger and cinnamon.

I put mine in 1/4 C. cranberry juice. It almost tastes like a mixed drink! I don't take turmeric because of gall stones but the cinnamon and ginger is a great idea!

Cinnamon is great for anyone having a glucose issue also. Many pre diabetics use it. Turmeric is great for inflammation. I just have to be careful of the real root because it can stain a countertop. Ginger is great for inflammation also and is great on any dish with a tad of citrus. But I love Asian food spices. Just plain ole ginger in a glass of cold or hot water is just enough to change the taste to awesome.
