Taking a bit of a breather from the boards - but I'll be back.
Feel like a focus other than this part of my journey would be helpful. Grateful for the process I have made thus far. Accepting this is now something with me for life to consider and it may take years to restore balance and accepting a "new normal.'
Focusing now on treating lyme PLUS co-infections and grounding into breaking up bio-films and going to get grapefruit seed extract for cysts.
Remaining symptoms: fatigue, weakness, muscle cramping, brain fog, short term memory wonkiness, neck stiffness, ear aches, creaky spine, sore soles of feet, irritability, sore throat, jaw pain, teeth pain, occasional pain flares. WOW! Way down from December... some 30 complaints.
I think some of the symptoms have lessened a bit since integrating stuff for Bart. I have observed it takes around 2 months after integrating something before observing a symptom reduction. Going to see an ENT to rule out anything related to the sore throat and ear aches in that when I was researching symptoms, my symptoms were a match for throat cancer. Lyme - the great imitator. Started yesterday side acuta for babesia. Starting today something for breaking bio-films. Next paycheck will order the grapefruit seed extract.
Positive note: my mind is coming back! I am presently working several book projects.
So many of you have been such a support to me through the relationship stress of this all.
It is greatly improved.
I think my spouse may be closer to considering he too may have lyme. Maybe wishful thinking.
Recent tests came back showing some auto-immune dysfunction that was mixed --- he knows my boss came up with an auto-immune disorder, then it was shown that lyme was at the route.
He had a tick bite with a bulls eye rash.
I continue to be shocked, that in a CA town, when people ask me how I am, and I tell them about the journey, they know someone personally coping with lyme and they also conclude the same thing.
If you have it, you won't find a Dr. who can treat you or will believe you have it in our community.
My boss did - that's one doc although he is going the anti-biotic route, and interestingly enough, he hasn't herxed, so perhaps he had a false positive and is getting meds..so so so bizarre this journey.
Thanks for letting me process here.
Be back in a week or two or three.
Much gratitude!
