Hi Whodunnits!
Welcome to our community! I'm so glad you found us and you know enough to be asking questions!
Unfortunately, by these pictures, no one could know if it's from a tick or a spider - but ticks aren't the only thing that can pass these infections on to people. Mosquitoes have been scientifically proven to pass these infections on, and there have been case studies of spiders, ants, biting flies of all types and other insects passing these infections on to people. So watch for any signs of Lyme. We have a great list of symptoms in the "New to Lyme? Start here!" thread that sits at the top of the forum.
Keep watching the bite site as well, if it starts to show signs of changes, please be sure to take more pictures of it.
If you are pretty concerned about it being Lyme, you can take astragalus (build up to 3,000 mgs daily) to help raise the parts of your immune system that fight Lyme, and is really quite safe to use even if you don't have Lyme currently.
