yup - weight loss - but not the anti-biotic route. I figure with treatment things will improve, and as long as I am eating really well, and all the supplements I am taking, well, it can only get better with trial and error. You might want to track calories. It can be hard to get the calories you need when on a nutritional protocol that makes your body an unhappy place for bacteria. I don't think I was getting enough calories, and started to add healthy oil (coconut oil, olive oil) to more stuff. Livestrong has a great free resource to track calories. You can also journal H20 intake, exercise and such. I am a dancer and have learned to love my body all shapes. 10 lbs. is a lot for me to lose. I am up from 93 lbs. to 97 lbs.
