"ST. GEORGE, Utah – A new discovery by Soft Cell Biological Research at a Dixie State University lab is considered a breakthrough in science when it comes to finding bacteria in blood.
Soft Cell Biological Research founder Brent Hunt, in cooperation with DSU students, have been testing L-form bacteria for the past two years. The studies have proven that the bacteria can virtually survive in the blood for years, with no cell walls, and goes undetected.
The researchers have tested over 500 human blood samples and have since discovered over 150 new bacteria.
“We couldn’t have ever predicted, but we have over 150 bacteria to introduce to science.” said Soft Cell’s Founder and CEO John Brent Hunt.
The new discoveries could change the way doctors and scientists approach medicine and treatments in the future."
