Babesia herx, or new symptom?

I am on Mepron+Azithromycin to treat Babesia for the last 7 weeks (3 weeks on, 1 week off). I did not feel much differnce for the first 6 weeks except the chill sendation is bit better. This week (7th week) I started to feel:

- shortness of breath, kind of need to have deep breath sometime.
- heart racing when I wake up in the morning, and can feel my heart pounding during the day sometime.

I did not have short breath or fast heartbeat before the Mepron treatement. Could this be Herx of Mepron, Mepron side effect, getting worse of Babesia or new Lyme symptom (Lyme reach to my heart)?

Should I go cardiologist to check my heart?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
