Greetings folks. I am back from my strenuous vacation. It was a very grueling trip with little rest, little drinking of water too....and out of my comfort zone in terms of food choices.
I had a lot of bad days....fatigue and tiredness due also from time zone changes and being on buses and planes for too long.
Anyway.....
I would like to space out my Buhner protocol and supplements the best way possible. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
So far I am doing consistently the Dragon Botanics tonic capsules....
2 caps X4 times a day. (I never quit that in my travel)
I also take 500 mg of Magnesium and Iron once a day but never together.
Q-10 once a day
Milk Thistle 3 to 4 times a day.
probiotics 1 time a day.
While I was traveling I could not do any detox so I am back to the routine and I would like to adjust it for better results.
Pior to that I was doing Pinella and Burber. Out of Burber now....I am debating if I should buy more or let it go.
Also the liposomal glutathione.....this is very expensive and I was wondering if I could take it every other day instead.
