I hope this can help someone that deals with the fibromyalgia like symptoms. Muscle pain, joint pain, tendinitis etc... Ive been able to sit for longer periods of time. Im leaving the house more to enjoy normal activities like shopping, restaurants etc... Now I still deal with a great deal of pain on a daily basis but it has decreased enough to where I no longer lie on my back in bed alllll day long.
A Daily Acai bowl with the addition of a few supplements. If you have a blender, I truly feel like its worth the time spent in preparation not only does it taste amazing but it truly helped with my pains.
Acai puree(frozen) or acai powder. I use the puree freezer section
Berries of your choice. I use triple berry blend found in the freezer section
1 Banana. I freeze my bananas.
Greek yogurt. 1serve. I use vanilla flavor
splash of coconut water or almond milk
So here's your typical acai bowl/smoothie. Jam packed with antioxidant, nutrients, vitamins all good stuff
Here is what I add to the blend.
MSM powder
Chrondroitin sulfate powder
Collagen powder.
That's it. You wont even notice a change in flavor, I promise. If you decide to try this, give it a week. Please let me know if it works for you.
