And all my symptoms feel they are back today, especially the (almost) shaking feel in my arms.
I do not actually shake with tremors. But have this feeling I drank 4 cups of coffee or taking massive dose of vitamin B (I cannot take B because of this).

I am so very discouraged. I am seeing my LLMD on Oct.2.....I have few blood tests as well. Including the adrenal one, another thyroid, and the Mediterranean anemia test.

I hate that feeling of shakiness! I am so sorry you are going through this. Have you tried detoxing? Maybe Pinella and Burbur if you have any on hand.

Did you start something new, or raise a dose of something? Is this just a 'random' cycling of symptoms that you have had before? Many of our symptoms are cyclical in nature - they have their own routines.

Just so you know, blood testing for adrenals is not very accurate, as they only give a "snapshot in time" look at the cortisol output. A much better and more accurate test is a 3 or 4 time a day collection of saliva as it will tell you how much cortisol is being put out over the course of the day - instead of just during that one time of day and on that particular day.

Sorry that you are feeling bad. It sucks when old symptoms return. You think you've gotten pass that and then there it is. Hopefully things will turnaround again.
