Chronic Lyme disease and persistent hematuria (blood in urine)

Hello, I have had 4 or 5 episodes of blood in urine, past 2 months. They last from 1-4 days. Blood tests (presumably renal function, in ER) apparently w/in normal ranges. Urine + for blood, neg for UTI. Ultrasound shows 4 stones across both kidneys. Hx of stones, but no recent flank pain. Stones too small for lithotripsy.

Q: Could the blood be a function of Lyme and/or co-infections? Can you point me to any medical journal articles? What should I ask the renal specialist? I DID treat for chronic Lyme for years, but unable to afford, past 2-3 years.
