My understanding is that although it's a good antiviral, it doesn't have good antibacterial actions against Lyme. Buhner also believes this:

Curcumin is good for inflammation in general, and it has a bit of blood thinning properties.
So, it depends on what you are treating as to if this is a good protocol or not.
