Frequently. Once I get the goosebumps/hairs standing on end, I know it's time to intervene or I may collapse.
Depending on the ambient temperature when this happens, I either go to the kitchen sink and run cold or warm water over my pulse points in my wrists for about
5 minutes. Usually cold if the weather is hot and I'm sweaty, or warm if it's cold and I'm chilled.
I should have added that this usually resets my internal thermostat. If there is such a thing.
Anyway, I feel much better afterwards.
