Felt great in morning and now in bed

So the morning started off great, which is something I have not said in a long time. Drove out to visit my family. Had food, felt ok, then took antibiotics and anti fungal and it all disappeared haha. Sinus started acting up, felt as if I had a cold, felt fatigued and now in bed. What is this life hehe?

One of the things I have noticed is I am not sweating properly like I used to. Even in hot weather I feel comfortable and not hot. Something up there had switched off in terms of temperature. Has anyone tried glandular support pills for hypothalamus?

The first year or so - I didn't sweat either. I realized this when I was sitting in a hot car while my husband was doing an errand - it was in the middle of July, and very hot.

Some time after it changed - Now, I do sweat - probably too much....

Oh I hope I am able to do so too Girlie. It's like my body has tensed up. And there is this constant jitteriness I have. Maybe that's why I feel heated at times, as my skin can't perspire naturally.

All throughout my lyme treatment I had a broken thermostat. My body temperatures were so inconsistent and I would feel hot most the time. But if I got really cold I could not get warm again. Weird.

I've just started sweating more when warm/hot. It feels good to sweat at the appropriate times.

PeteZa- when did the temperature irregularities end for you? How long after treatment did you see a change?

Krimpet- so true Krimpet. I miss sweating at normal hot temperatures.

Any supplements you all know that one can take to help with hypothalamus?

I'm taking two supplements - from Buhner's Bartonella book - nervous system symptoms:

- Kudzu
- Greater Celandine


Not sure if they're working yet.

I also take ALA - for neve healing.
