It's way too small to be filarial.
Filarial worms are much bigger... several dozen red blood cell diameters in length. That thing's much smaller.
Hard to tell for sure from that video. Could be a spirochete, could also just be some fibrin leftovers.
Did it have bulbous tips on either end? That combined with the swirling movement is a good giveaway.
Also, was this fresh blood, or left overnight?
I find WAY more spirochetes in my blood if I let the sample sit out (under a cover slip) for 24 hours.
Nice video though, post some more if you have them.
