Does this 'rash' look familiar to anyone?

Rough morning here. Vibrations bad, had trouble drifting into derealization, whole head headache, voice slurring.
I went to stroke the inside of my arm and felt these bumps. 3 of them on the perimeter are red, the rest flesh colored. They're raised up pretty good. As far as I can tell, I don't have them anywhere else.

Having trouble getting a good code. Sorry.

I can't get it to work either. I tried tinypic and it wouldn't upload, kept saying incorrect code. Also it was asking me to solve a puzzle first, but the box was blank. Nothing there to solve.

Could I email someone the photo?
