Trader,
You are hysterical. Love Brad Pitt and Rambo but uglier. LOL! Love to laugh.
No funny stories I can think of because I'm too tired right now. Cute story. When I was really sick on the abx (July and August) I was laying in bed feeling very sorry for myself (NOT my pre-lyme self, do not tolerate pity parties). My husband came up to check on me and stayed there in bed, next my dog came up and jumped on the bed (he's 100 lbs.) then my son came up and said "Hey where are you guys." Got in bed. I was like "seriously?" So I learned that it doesn't matter what I'm doing or not doing - some how they view me as the glue and still wanted to be around me. Of course, now they are like "Ok it's lyme get over it." They just don't understand why this is taking so long.
That is a sweet story, Huddie.
I can relate - i'm the centre in our family, too.
I'm making Thanksgiving dinner this weekend (Canada's is in October) - it will be a lot of work...but that's how I 'entice' my 23 year old son to drive home for the week-end. He won't miss out on his mom's pumpkin pie.
