Hi. I think the answers here will vary. I always take one and wait a few days to get a build-up of the supplement in my system before adding another. Generally at least 72 hours as that is always what I heard for a food allergy reaction, etc.
I do the same with herbs. I build up the dose slowly and then wait to see my body reaction. If it is stable for 2-3 days, I move on.
