Buhner Tinctures with water?

I am going to be started Sida and Crypo - 1/4 tsp x3/day. Do I mix with an ounce or two of water or just just them solo?

Mixing with water is fine.

I so far do them solo twice per day and once per day I use pom juice... he recommends pom juice (every 3 hours but I don't want the sugar). I only do pom juice once per day.

I put mine in water - but they can go in the water together...and chug it down.

I put mine in a small amount of H20. I used to just swoosh them around straight under my tongue.

I'll clarify what I meant,when I said solo... I just put them all together in my mouth straight up, under the tongue. It's spicy!

2 doses are all together straight, and one I put in Pom juice.

Boy, I reread that and it made zero sense... sheesh.... sry

Please start them separately to see how you react to them. Okay? Do one for a couple of days before you do the other.

Have you worked up to 1/4 teasp? I sure hope so.

I found them to be too strong tasting to do without water.
