I have been treating Lyme and Bart for 5 months now. 4 different Antibiotics per week, herbs, heavy detox, and will add a new treatment next month to see if it can help me. All that I can say is I'm so tired of this.... so much pain everyday... f@#$%. It's really a very frustrating situation specially when nobody really knows how to treat it. Well hope that we all can get better soono because life is not life right now. 😳💩👎

Hello sorry to hear that im going through the same definitely is a hard journey. Im curious as to what is ur detox consist of im kinda confused with what to do. As for herbs i get bad reaction sometimes. I do saunas but it intensify the doxy. Im concerned about gut health. Would appreciate ur input thankyou

I am tired too....it does not seem to be normal to live like this. I take herbal capsules everyday...and/or one smoothie after another with herbs inside. 24 capsules 4 times a day is a lot.
My entire life revolves around treating LD. If I leave the house I have either A. bring capsules with me. B. not being away more than 4 to 6 hours.
Even the herbal treatment is very long, 8 to 10 months....it takes about 3 months to reach the optimal dosage ....that is an entire year of treating lyme.

Why have people on oral abx if IV is better??
When I did abx for 30 days it was the same. The entire month revolved around abx and probiotics.......

I'm so sorry you guys are enduring a hard time. It is a journey. It isn't fun. It seems like a dark version of Groundhog Day but we will get better. We will. You need to believe this. I write down five things each night that I am grateful for. It can be: I didn't herx today, my husband cooked dinner, etc... just doing that is helpful. If it's been a long time in for you guys just take a day off to be normal. One day a month of no meds/herbs/constant vigil. Go to a movie, eat a small piece of dark chocolate. You get the idea.

Not all of us have access to IV. Also, there are some risks that come with IV antibiotics, especially for long-term.

Many LLMD's do not feel that it is necessary to take abx via IV.

Huddie - I have referred to the Groundhog Day movie a few times....I wake up every morning and think...here we go again...same sh--t - different day.

My detox is sauna, Apple cider vinegar, 3 liters of water the basic stuff.

@ girlie..... but sounds like IV abx is much more effective and definitely better on stomach than the oral ones. The drs would have to send the patient at home with the line inserted ...I understand that. Taking long terms abx orally has its risks as well. So why not work on a better solution.

easier on the stomach, but apparently it can 'kill' your gall bladder.

I don't know if IV abx is much more effective for lyme and co's.

...and there's the risk of infections. I don't know if I would choose iv antibiotics even if it was available.

I started with bvt and iv and rigampin is too expensive to do iv ..
darned if do darned if dont ..it desnt suck as bad as 6 months ago ..hang in ther robby..artmix ..the crap we do .i treat 6 days a week **** detox . But no detoxing is important ..some say the bugs proliferate to clean up toxins
